We're smworks, an agency from up north that gives brands a steady rudder and puts wind in their sails. So they can hold their own with the customer and in a sea of competition.

Our biggest strength is the BPM project – our own way of working where we first polish the client's brand till it shines, then build the product (typically a website), and finally fire up the marketing. Everything's interlinked, everything follows logically. Which is why we're not looking for someone who just ticks off tasks and disappears home. We want character. Personality. Someone with swagger – a bit crazy, but not afraid to roll up their sleeves. A person with their own style and aura, whose mindset clicks with the values of the pack.

We take team players who know the pack only works when everyone pulls together. People who enjoy collaborating not just in-house but with the client too – because we play with them as one team as well. Not afraid to present a piece of work, listen to others and add your own flair? Humble, but got the guts? Then keep right on going.
